The ranch is well-equipped for calving on the south side, featuring two covered sheds. Thanks to its elevation, it sustains a healthy carrying capacity of 250 to 275 Animal Units (AUs) from March to mid-August in most years. Fenced and cross-fenced, the property owners recently invested $250,000 in new fencing on the north side, ensuring its functionality and security. Abundant water sources, including year-round springs, ponds, and spring-fed stock tanks, dot the ranch, guaranteeing an ample water supply throughout the year.
