Zortman Landusky Gold Resource Property

Zortman Landusky Gold Resource Property comprises 1,062± acres of private deeded land in the Little Rocky Mountains just outside the small community of Zortman, Montana. Through the work of Ruby Gulch Mining Company in the early 1900s, then the Gold Reserve Mining Company in the mid-1900s, and finally Pegasus Gold towards the end of the century, the property was consolidated from previous land and mineral owners. All the mineral rights for the vast majority of the minerals were placed under the ownership of the seller who acquired this property in 2001. Although significant amounts of gold and silver were mined during the tenure of previous mining companies, lead geologists estimate that only 20% of the gold and silver were harvested, leaving plenty of reserves for investors or operators. Pegasus Gold undertook significant exploration, and all Pegasus mining records were transferred with the acquisition of the property. This includes geological reports, drill logs, historical records, mine expansion plans, and other documents involving mining potential.
