Four center pivots distribute water across the irrigated ground, with approximately 2.5 pivots typically operating at one time.

Wallentine Ranch has historically supported approximately 50–75 cows year-round, plus annual hay production averaging 1,250–1,500 tons. The irrigated acreage, additional grazing ground, fencing, and livestock capacity provide the foundation for practical livestock and crop operation, with the flexibility to support a variety of agricultural uses.
