Start the day off with a soak in the hot tub, or a vigorous hike, bike ride, or workout in the gym. End the day with a beverage of your choice, relaxing in one of the great outdoor spaces each of the three homes is blessed to offer you.

The ranch has access to fishing ponds and a natural hot springs pool in the Crowley Ranch subdivision, only minutes across the highway. A community water system and trash pickup eliminate two issues that are always important in a rural setting.

Easy and entertaining day trips include a ride on the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad in Chama, New Mexico, or a visit to Pagosa Springs for shopping, restaurants, and world-famous hot springs and spa. If winter sports are your thing, Wolf Creek Ski Area is an hour away with unlimited opportunities to snowshoe or cross-country ski on the ranch or nearby forest.

The Grand House was designed by renowned architect Peter Dominic, and the two guest homes are wonderful complements to his masterpiece. There is even room to expand if necessary, by finishing the large, roughed-in apartment above the garage.
