Live Auction will be at 416 Main in Holyrood at 2pm on Tuesday May 28th. We will collect 10% of the final bid price as non refundable earnest money after the sale, with closing to occur in 30 days or less after the sale. Closing costs will be split equally between Seller & Buyer. Current tenant will harvest the wheat crop in the ground, possession will not happen until the wheat has been harvested.
