The subject property consists of two parcels which were fully-developed as paved parking lots associated with the adjacent (now closed) bank branch at the NW corner of Seminole and Johnson Boulevards. The bank owns the corner half acre (100’ x 200’) and has leased the two subject parcels. The bank closed this branch, is selling their corner parcel, and has given notice of termination of the ground lease on the subject parcels – now releasing this property for further development. Ownership is seeking proposals for an outright sale (not a JV, not a BTS).
