Rzeka Ranch

The Rzeka Ranch is a great recreational property located only 8 miles from Concan. The 136.29 acres is located at the end of a private road and has a wide variety of native and exotic wildlife that frequent the ranch. Located near the center of the property is a tiny house with two queen beds, bathroom, kitchen, and large deck overlooking the valley. The tiny house is serviced by rainwater collection but could easily be tied in with the water well on the property. The water well and tiny home are run on two separate generators (which will convey), with electricity located nearby. There is a storage barn and some additional outbuildings. All feeders and blinds will convey also. Partial high fencing runs along the northeast boundary with the rest either low fenced, or without fencing.
