Access from I-40 is from the Pittman Valley Road Exit (Exit #171) and by taking paved Buggy Wheel Ranch Road (County Road #74) one mile to the property. The ranch's 446.8 acres borders Kaibab National Forest on three sides. Topography is level to gently rolling being in Pitman Valley with elevations of 6,926' to 6,995'. Vegetation consists of open meadow grassland with intermixed ponderosa pine. Improvements include the main cabin: a two story log cabin that is 3,900 s.f. with 1,600 s.f. of covered porches and attached 728 s.f. two car garage all covered with a metal roof.
