Even though the cottage is not directly on the water, it does have its own dock.  Nearby, you'll find ATV, snowmobile, and hiking trails, making it a perfect location for winter activities such as snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice fishing, and cross-country skiing. Lower Wilson Pond spans over 1300 acres with a maximum depth of 106 feet, providing excellent spring-fed fishing for brook trout, salmon, togue, smelts, and cusk. It is located only 3.2 miles from downtown Greenville, where you can enjoy shopping, amenities, and restaurants and less than 30 minutes to Big Moose Mountain Ski Resort. There are several lakes and ponds in the area for recreation, with endless activities to enjoy or simply take a moment to appreciate the natural beauty of the well-maintained property.
