The Kerr Farm is offered via a sealed bid sale as Tract 3 of the Hawkins Family Farm portfolio. This farm may be purchased or bid on singularly, in combination with other tracts, or as the entire Hawkins Family Farm portfolio. Bids will be accepted until noon, on Wednesday, October 1st, 2025. Closing shall occur on Friday, October 31st, 2025. Due diligence and financing arrangements should be finalized prior to close of bid acceptance deadline.
