AREA HISTORY

This ranch is located within the Choctaw Nation. In the 1940’s a geologist and physician began accumulating land and operated the ranch as a cattle operation for many, many years. When natural gas was found on the ranch, the livestock operation became an afterthought and after numerous decades of the ranch sitting idle, nature took over turning Bear Trak Ranch into an incredible recreational and wildlife property.

This property is located in the middle of big ranch territory in NW Pittsburg County. The five adjoining neighboring ranches range in size from ~2,190 acres to ~5,295 acres.

With the other large adjoining ranches, this ranch is ideally situated to grow big deer.

Properties containing the undulation, live creek frontage, and lake site potential are uncommon and hard to find, making this ranch a truly spectacular property.
