Great Wilderness Retreat with Fish Creek running through the upper N./W. Corner of the land. Surrounded by State & MSB Lands. There's a high and dry building site along the West side of property. Also a Small Hunting Cabin, Great Dog Mushing Trails through out the area. Many miles of trails to hike and or big bike riding, recreation at its best. Take the Iditarod Trail to the property and about 4 miles in you cross a bridge over which Fish Creek flows under it. This creek has a great Salmon run in the Fall of the Year! Its the outlet from Big Lake. Creek runs down to the inlet at about mile post 17 on KBG 'Their again the creek goes under the road and just North of the Highway down stream is dip netting at its best' especially when the runs are in.

The 40 AC. Is also Great Hunting grounds for Moose, stay awhile in a little Overnight Cabin along the Creek.

You can set a canoe in the creek up stream about 5 miles and canoe down to Cabin and follow the creek all the way down to the bridge that is crossing over fish Creek at (Lewis Loop Road).
