We are honored to have the opportunity to exclusively market the Circle W Ranch, an excellent hunting and cattle ranch located in the western portion of Central Texas. The Circle W Ranch has been owned and operated by the same family for many years, and this is the first time the property has been offered for sale.

The ranch is a combination of gently rolling pasture and seasonal creek bottoms which offer numerous hardwood trees such as cedar elm, live oak, post oak, and other hardwoods. Mesquite thickets and some cedar combine to create great habitat for the wildlife that is native to this area.

There are adequate ranch roads that allow access to most portions of the ranch.
