Lots & Land-Other in Portsmouth

Nice piece of hunting land in Scioto county. Some was timbered nearly 30 years ago but the steeper slopes were not touched and still have some large trees providing a good mix of forest. Old haul roads still in place. You can park by the guard rail across the road. We have a contractor estimate to install a culvert, small driveway, and parking area that we can provide. Once you get passed the steeper part at the bottom, the remainder is very accessible.
