The farm is located 6 miles east of Bloomington, Illinois on Illinois Route 9. The tract is mostly tillable with Class A/B soils with a PI of 131.1. There are no buildings and open tenancy for the 2026 crop year.

The farm will be offered via a timed online only auction with a soft close on November 6th at 1 PM. Bidding will be available at firstmid.bidwrangler.com or through First Mid Ag Services’ mobile app beginning October 6th.
