Hemlock Hollow is serene and private and presents ample opportunity for outdoor recreation. The main feature of this tract is the beautiful hemlock and oak lined hollow with a live stream that feeds Whitman Creek. Several rock formations and caves can be found and create a nice terrain barrier as well as several deer pinch points. Deer and turkey sign are present, and you can chase game on the adjoining 180,000 plus acres of National Forest as well as the fee simple acreage on the tract. This area is known for producing large whitetail deer and has great turkey populations. Several sites set up well for an off-grid cabin or future wildlife food plot. Boundaries are very well marked with painted lines.

There is currently no vehicular access, but owners are working with forest service in order to obtain an access permit via an old service road that is already in place.
