Walker Broiler Ranch – Eight House Farm in Wayne County, MS

Walker Broiler Ranch is an eight house farm located near Laurel, Mississippi in Wayne County. The farm has 40+/- acres, four 55x500 built in 2013, and four 40x500 houses built in 1999. The farm currently grows a small bird for MarJac Farms out of the Waynesboro complex.

The projected gross annual income is $567,000 on 6.76 flocks per year on eight houses of production. This is based on an average cash flow provided from MarJac in September 2025.

The four 55x500 houses have the following equipment:

Rotem Controllers and communicator - Big Dutchman Feed Lines - Tube Heat in Brood and Non Brood areas, with some brooders - Lubing Drinkers - 14 - 54" Fans - Solid interior and exterior walls - Metal Lathe on drip line lathe

MarJac Farms has provided a required update list for the farm has been provided. PoultrySouth is working on obtaining a quote for these updates as of July 29, 2025. With a full price offer, the seller is negotiable on giving a concession for all or part of the cost of the updates, based on the quote. More information on this will be available soon.

The farm has several sites suitable for a home to be placed. The farm is located between Laurel and Waynesboro, Mississippi.
