The Shannon Road Tract is a pleasantly situated property in southern Chester County. The tract contains 67 acres of beautiful natural forests from boundary to boundary. Roughly 13 acres of mature, natural hardwoods line rocky-bottom creeks, giving cooling shade in the summer and nature’s best attractant in the fall. Approximately 55 acres are occupied by a well-developed 20-year-old natural forest. From there, another 15-minute drive will take you to downtown Chester. Interstate 77 is less than 10 minutes away, making Columbia and Charlotte each just an hour’s drive.
