Deep Fork 80

The Deep Fork 80 is a phenomenal recreational track. The Deep Fork River cuts through the northern edge of the property resulting in approximately a quarter mile of river frontage. The timber covered landscape makes great deer habitat. With a little imagination, a timbered duck slough could be built and utilize the Deep Fork River for its water.

LOCATION

The Deep Fork 80 is located only 13.5 miles south of Bristow along Highway 48.

TOPOGRAPHY, RANGELAND & HABITAT

Lying in the Deep Fork River bottom this property would be ideal to turn into a waterfowl sanctuary. Currently, the property is covered in a variety of oaks providing incredible amounts of feed for wildlife.

WILDLIFE

Deer and hogs are sure to be prominent; however, with a little work, this property could be a waterfowl magnet.

WATER

According to OWRB, Okfuskee County RWD #2 is less than a quarter mile south.

ELECTRICITY

Power runs along the west side of the property.
