This 46 +/- acre tract is located in northeastern Doniphan County, Kansas. It sits in the bluffs overlooking a huge bottom of prime ag fields about a mile away from the Missouri River. This heavily wooded property consists of big hardwoods including some nice walnut and oak trees that will make for great roosting trees for the turkeys which just happened to be gobbling while walking through it last Spring! The property had been minimally logged a few years back but there are several trees that will be available for harvest in the near future.
