The farm is contracted with Koch Foods Ashland Complex growing a 6.5lb bird with 5.3 flocks per year for a projected cash flow of $190,000. The farm has 19.5+/- acres with some being in pasture. The houses are two 40x400 built in 1999 and two 40x500 built in 1988. There is a 1999 Doublewide that has two bredrooms and two bathrooms.
