There are multiple CRP contracts on these two parcels including two General Contracts (179+/- acres) with payments totaling $4,779 annually and one Grasslands CRP Contract (66+/- acres) paying $1,327 annually (currently being paid to the tenant who is leasing the grass). The grasslands contract and one of the general contracts expire September 30,2031 and the remaining general contract expires September 30, 2032. Copies of the contracts are available below.

There is a Solar powered well that will convey with the property as well as excellent 3-wire barbed wire fencing on the remaining 88 +/- acres of native grass. The grass is currently under cash lease paying $1,400 annually. Grazing lease expires September 30,2031. The fence and well are maintained by the current lessee.
