Quiet neighborhood with flat lot. Storage building and fence can stay. Seller wishes to split lot off from current lot. Rezoning for smaller lot and survey for 1/4 acre lot has not been done. Buyer needs to get rezoning for smaller lot. City water and sewer are available. Neighborhood used to be zoned 40,000 sq feet a lot but that was before water and sewer were brought in.
