These highly regulated roles gave him the skills to expertly navigate the city, county, state, and federal regulations often involved in real estate.

John began his real estate career as a part-time loan originator in 2004, became a licensed real estate broker in 2012, and transitioned full-time in 2018. His experience, commitment to service, and deep knowledge of the land market sets him apart.

John and his wife Marla have been married for over 28 years and have 12 children and 2 grandchildren.
