Originally from Southern California, John also lived in North Texas and Oregon before settling in the Puget Sound area in 1999. His background includes over 22 years in the airline industry (supporting both ground and flight operations) and more than six years as a transportation manager for a major healthcare distributor. These highly regulated roles gave him the skills to expertly navigate the city, county, state, and federal regulations often involved in real estate.
John began his real estate career as a part-time loan originator in 2004, became a licensed real estate broker in 2012, and transitioned full-time in 2018. His experience, commitment to service, and deep knowledge of the land market sets him apart.
John and his wife Marla have been married for over 28 years and have 12 children and 2 grandchildren. Together, they run a dynamic family real estate team—each member contributing to the vision and legacy of their business. Outside of real estate, John enjoys homeschooling his children, serving his church, family road trips, outdoor adventures, golf, and various shooting sports.
