Ranch Connection
Cynthia Inman's passion has always been Texas land and her people. The natural resources of Texas has been a huge part of her life. She founded Ranch Connection in 1984. Graduating from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Agriculture, Cynthia was appointed a position with the NRCS in the Victoria/Cuero Texas field offices where she developed plans for area ranchers and farmers outlining productive practices they could implement in their operations. The tasks ran from surveying, to water storage impoundments, to overseeing infrastructure on bridges and waterways in the counties in her region. Cynthia moved from this position to acquiring a real estate license and quickly a broker's real estate license to facilitate her desire to be of greater assistance to the farmers and ranchers she had been working with. In 1984, Cynthia founded her company, Ranch Connection LLC while living outside of Austin. The rest is history. Cynthia had great mentors as she pounded a path for her dreams in the ranch brokerage business brokering largely cattle ranches in Texas. In 1994 Cynthia landed with an office in the Fort Worth Stockyards and Fort Worth has remained headquarters. Today Cynthia celebrates 40 years in the business and has mentored a number of new agents on to their careers. Behind the wheel and on the road to the next venture is what drives her passion of Texas, land and people. She has clientele that have been with her for 30 years and has been awarded a Land Broker of the year award for one of the largest land transactions in Texas in 2019. But, she says, it is not the accolades or awards and designations....it is the friendships, the trust, the transactions, the land, the sunrises and sunsets that have her excited for every day.
With boots firmly planted on Texas soil in Erath County for over 25 years Cynthia made horses, cattle and dogs a part of her life while protecting and promoting native rangeland. Fort Worth has been company headquarters for the past 28 years. In 2023, she took the company to another level with a rebranding and moved closer to her Fort Worth office. The focus will always be personal representation, integrity, and client confidentiality.
