McKinley Smoot

McKinley was raised in the Kamas Valley and is committed to guiding his clients through the intricacies of land and water in the Intermountain West. He is highly knowledgeable of the processes necessary to complete a successful real estate transaction and very service oriented and responsive. His passion resides with the land especially farms and ranches.

McKinley grew up on a multi-generational recreational and cattle ranch and has great experience in assisting families know how to pass on land and assets to new generations and all the intricacies that come along with that. He also owns a Land & Livestock company where he practices regenerative and sustainable grazing practices to heal and restore soils and the general ecology. He is an accredited professional with Savory Institute which helps educate ranchers and farmers on regenerative agriculture practices. He is deeply passionate about livestock, production agriculture, recreation, and ecology.

When he's not busy assisting clients with real estate transactions, he loves spending time with the soil and his livestock and working in his family's geothermal greenhouse and ranch.
