Ranch and Land Broker Carroll Bobo lives in Lindale, Texas, and sells country homes, farms, ranches, and luxury properties across the Piney Woods region and around Texas, including Wood County, Van Zandt County and northern Smith County. He is the founder and former owner of United Country Bobo Realty & Land Company and now joins United Country Legacy Land Company.

In addition, Carroll Bobo claims the coveted Realtree Land Pro designation and leverages national marketing expertise as a Realtree United Country Hunting Properties partner.

Carroll serves as the National Director, United Country Recreational Property Group and is heralded as a subject matter expert in recreational properties for sale. With extensive knowledge of land, farms, ranches, recreational and hunting property, timberland, and country homes, paired with knowledge of local East Texas land markets, Carroll is ready to help you buy or sell rural property.

A lifetime learner and early adopter of new technologies, Carroll encourages continuing education for all United Country Bobo Realty & Land Company team members. He continues to foster learning within the Real Estate profession as an active Texas Chapter of REALTORS® Land Institute member, serving on the Board of Directors. Bobo is an active Greater Tyler Association of REALTORS member, serving as past Chairman of the MLS committee and board chairman. He is also a MetroTex Association of Realtors member in Dallas, Texas. An annual highlight is attending The Outlook for Texas Land Markets, presented by the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University.

Carroll is a passionate outdoorsman, enjoying a lifetime of hunting, fishing, and clay target shooting. He earned a place on the National Skeet Shooting Association All-American 1st Team as early as 1976 and continues participating in National Sporting Clays Association competitions. He holds lifetime memberships with both organizations and the Texas Skeet Shooters Association.

He has hunted upland game birds and waterfowl across the US, Mexico, and Argentina. His fondest boyhood memories are hunting quail, doves, ducks, and small game animals in East Texas. His love of the great outdoors and a desire to conserve wildlife habitat for future generations is why he supports the National Wild Turkey Federation, Ducks Unlimited, and Delta Waterfowl through membership.

Carroll is also a Licensed Amateur Radio Operator holding a General Class License with call sign N5BHZ. In the past, Carroll participated in the National Weather Service SKYWARN Storm Spotter Program in East Texas.

Serving and helping others is valued and practiced by Carroll in the communities of Tyler and Lindale. These small cities in East Texas reap the benefit of his contribution of time and talent through leadership and financial support in local organizations, including the Tyler Chamber of Commerce, Lindale Chamber of Commerce, Tyler Junior College Foundation and President’s Circle, Lindale High School, People Attempting To Help (PATH) and First Presbyterian Church of Tyler.
