Every lot owner in this private subdivision will be protected by a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (See attached document.) Burnet County has a low total tax rate of 1.65.

An Annual Assessment of $250.00 is levied upon each lot owner. This assessment is used to promote the recreation, health, safety and welfare of the residents in the subdivision, to fund operating expenses of the Property Owners Association, and to improve and maintain the Common Area. Piles of septic rock on lots (for septic system) do not convey. They will be removed by owner prior to closing.
