Tran Family Farm is a six house Broiler Farm conveniently located near the city of Ashville, AL being about 30 minutes from Gadsden, AL and 45 minutes from Birmingham, AL. The farm is also near Interstate 59.

Tran Family Farm consists of 6 - 40x500 broiler houses growing a small bird for Koch Foods Gadsden Complex. These houses were updated fully in 2018 and are very well maintained.

The farm also consists of a divided barn for litter and shavings as well as a large equipment shed and large shop with extra storage on one end.

The home is a 2 bed/ 2 bath barndominium with storage above the garage.
