FRAUD FRAUD The Seller is a FRAUD. I had two agents call me to inform me the FRAUDSTER pulled the same MO with them. Title Companies confirmed the Driver's license and Passport are fake. I am leaving this up as an easier way of informing any agent or brokerage that the person pretending to be the Seller will not be able to move forward.

THE ACTUAL OWNER HAS CALLED ONE OF THE AGENTS AND HAS RESPONDED TO LETTERS SENT TO HIM STATING HE IS NOT SELLING THIS LOT. THE ACTUAL OWNER IS WAITING UNTIL HE RETIRES TO SELL IT. iT IS HIS INVESTMENT.
