Grassland Tract Near Gageby Creek

Level to sloping with mostly bluestem grass. Has a couple of terraces on to west part of the previously cultivated land. Far west side has a draw that runs north to south towards Gageby Creek. Gageby Creek is just south of the west side of the Property. Property has a livestock water well with electric submersible pump and a livestock drinking tub. Property has a gas well, but it has not been produced since 2012 according to the Texas Railroad Commission.
