Vale Hay Farm

Consisting of 102 acres, with 100 acres under irrigation supported by water rights through the Vale Irrigation District. Irrigation is delivered through 4 gravity pressurized pivots allowing for efficient water application and strong production capacity. The gravity pressurized water service significantly reduces pumping expenses. The hay crop yields have been approximately 7-7 1/5 ton per acre.
