This property has not been hunted since 2019, when a trophy whitetail deer was harvested, and should provide excellent hunting opportunities. The mix of river bottom timber, grassland, sandbars, and nearby cropland creates excellent habitat to attract & maintain a wide variety of game including whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey, bobwhite quail, waterfowl, and other predators.
